What would a custom CRM cost for your scope?
The pricing page publishes a floor and four named pieces. This adds them up for the scope you pick, and refuses to invent the two numbers it cannot know.

The short answer
A custom CRM from this studio starts at $2,500 for one role, one document that has to come out right and one process end to end, built in 30-45 days. Each named piece is published with its own price: 2d planner from $8,500, one feed for sms and email from $5,000, telephony from $3,000, ai summaries from $2,000. Pick what your scope needs and the estimator adds those published figures. It does not add up delivery windows and it does not price data migration, because neither number would be honest before the work has been seen.

SHT-03What drives the number
Why it adds and does not estimate
An estimate is a guess dressed as a number. This page has no guess in it: the floor is the floor on the pricing page, and each piece is the price the same page publishes for that piece. If the pricing page changes, this page changes in the same commit, because both read one file. What you get is arithmetic you could do yourself with the pricing page open, done for you.
What the floor buys, so you know when to add nothing
One role, one document, one process. A single owner who quotes, sends the estimate and gets paid is inside the floor. A crew with their own logins, a client portal, a second document with its own signature, or money moving through the system are the axes that raise it, and the pieces above are the named ones. Many businesses of five to twenty people need the floor and one piece. Some need the floor alone.
Why the delivery windows are listed and not summed
Each piece carries the window it was published with, and the total carries the rung's own 30-45 days. Adding the windows together would produce a number nobody promised, because pieces scoped together are built inside the same window. The honest statement is the one on the pricing page, and it is repeated here unchanged.
Why migration is a line with no number
An eight-hundred-row spreadsheet with inconsistent addresses costs time regardless of how simple its structure looks, and a figure given before the spreadsheet has been opened is a figure that will be wrong in one direction or the other. The line is there so it is not forgotten. The number comes after the data has been seen, in writing, before work starts.
Fitting a system that already runs
If your trade is close to one already in production, the cheaper route is to fit that system to how you work, from $1,500, and the estimator has a switch for it. The floor there is what the smallest fit costs; it is quoted by the work, which is a different sentence from quoted by the floor. The way to find out which route you are on is the $500 Blueprint, credited in full within 60 days.

How much does a custom CRM actually cost?
The commonly quoted range describes a different kind of company building a different kind of system. Here is the arithmetic underneath it.
Automation agency subscription vs a system you own
Most automation agencies in South Florida sell the same shape: a setup fee, then a monthly plan for automation they operate. This page does the arithmetic on one of them, at its own published prices, and says when that shape is the right buy.
What does an AI agent cost, and what should it be allowed to do?
Two separate numbers: what it costs to build, and what it costs to keep answering. Most quotes only mention the first.
How Much Does a Website Cost for a Small Business in Florida? (2026)
Freelancer, agency, DIY builder and a fixed-price build, side by side, with what each one leaves out.
Is an AI agent actually cheaper than hiring somebody?
The wage is the smallest part of one number and the build is half of the other. Both sides of the comparison are published here, with their sources.
SHT-05General notes
The questions people actually ask.
- N01Is the number the estimator shows a quote?
- No. It is the published floor for the scope you picked, and the real quote is written after the Blueprint, once the process has been seen. It will not be lower than the floor for that scope, because the floor is published and does not move in a conversation, and it can be higher when the scope has more roles, documents or money in it than the pieces here describe.
- N02Why is the Blueprint not in the total?
- Because it is paid first and credited in full against any build started within 60 days. Adding it would count the same $500 twice. It is shown under the total so the order of payments is clear: Blueprint, then the build, half to book the slot and half at launch.
- N03Can I add a piece later instead of now?
- Yes, and it is priced the same either way, at the published figure. What changes is the delivery window: a piece scoped up front is built inside the build's own window, and a piece added after launch is its own short project with its own window, the one listed beside it.
- N04Where do the prices come from?
- From the pricing page, read by the code rather than typed into this page. There is one file in the repository that holds every figure, the pricing page reads it, this estimator reads it, and a test refuses a build in which any page types a price instead. That is also why the figures here never disagree with the ones there.
SHT-06Evidence
The systems this argument comes from.
Everything above was learned building these. Each sheet names the business, what the trade's arithmetic actually is, and the file in the repository that proves the capability. No client revenue and no client's customers appear on any of them.
