Custom CRM and automation for Pembroke Pines businesses.
Built for owner-operators running crews across west Broward, where the day is a route and drive time is the real cost.
Orium Studios is an automation studio in Hollywood, Florida that builds custom CRM systems, AI agents and websites for small businesses in Pembroke Pines and Broward County, mostly owner-operators running one or two crews across the master-planned subdivisions of west Broward. One engineer scopes, builds and supports each system. Published pricing: $500 Blueprint Sprint, websites from $1,200 live in 10 to 14 days, custom CRM from $2,000 in 30 to 45. The client owns the code and the database.

What the work looks like here.
The route is the business
A crew based here works Pines Boulevard and then Miramar, Weston, Davie or Cooper City in the same afternoon. Booking two jobs at opposite ends of that spread costs an hour that nobody invoices for, and it happens whenever the person answering the phone can only see a list of times. We build scheduling that shows the day as a route rather than as a column of appointments, grouping by area and by day, so the person taking the call can offer Thursday in Chapel Trail instead of Wednesday anywhere. The saving is in jobs per day, which is the only number that moves for a two-truck operation.
Whole streets come due at the same time
Pembroke Pines grew through master-planned communities built in concentrated waves, which means roofs, water heaters, air handlers and driveways across a subdivision reach the end of their service life within a few years of each other. For a service business that is not a coincidence, it is a list. Most operators never build it because the install dates live on paper invoices. We capture install date, model and warranty at the time of the job, so the system can surface the next street rather than wait for the next emergency call.
The community standard decides what you are allowed to install
The subdivisions here carry HOA standards covering colours, materials, fencing and landscaping. A quote can be accepted by the homeowner and still be rejected by the community, which means the crew has been scheduled, ordered and mobilised for nothing. We attach the standards to the community record so the estimate is written against what will actually be approved, and so a new estimator is not relying on which streets the owner happens to remember.
The whole business is on the owner's phone
One owner, a couple of trucks, and a phone holding the quotes, the photos, the customer numbers and the schedule. The failure mode is not a missing feature. It is that nothing exists anywhere else, so growth is capped at what one person can hold in their head and a lost phone is an outage. We build the intake that captures the call, an AI agent that answers while you are on a ladder, and a record that survives the phone. We will not claim that automation replaces your judgement on a price. It replaces the part where you are the only copy of the business.
SHT-03Scope
Three things, and they are one system.
Custom CRM
A system shaped around how the business already works, instead of a subscription it has to bend to fit.
AI agents
A voice agent on the inbound call, reply classification, and follow-up that keeps going on business days.
Websites
A site that hands the lead to the system instead of to an inbox nobody reads on a Saturday.
SHT-04Quality assurance
What is actually running.
Three systems in production, 557 automated tests, 352 database migrations, and 13 guard tests written after a bug that types could not catch. The client owns the code and the database from the first commit.

SHT-06General notes
The questions people actually ask.
- N01Can the schedule work by area instead of by time slot?
- Yes. Jobs carry a location, the calendar groups by area and by day, and whoever is booking sees which day already has work near the new address. For a business where drive time is the largest hidden cost, this is usually the first thing worth building.
- N02Can an AI agent answer while I am on a job?
- Yes. We build inbound agents for calls, WhatsApp and Telegram that answer the routine questions, qualify, and book or hold a slot in your real calendar, then hand you anything that needs a decision. It answers in your voice and to your rules, and it stops rather than guesses when a question is outside them.
- N03I am the only one who knows how the process works. Is that a problem?
- It is the usual starting point, and it is what the $500 Blueprint Sprint exists to fix. Five business days, at the end of which your process is written down as a plan you own, whether or not you build with Orium. If you do build within 60 days, the $500 comes off the invoice in full.
- N04Do you have clients in Pembroke Pines?
- No. Three systems are in production and none of them belong to a business in Pembroke Pines. Two of the three are service businesses with crews, schedules and jobs, which is the same shape of problem, but that is a statement about engineering rather than about local references. Nobody local will vouch for the studio yet, and pretending otherwise would be the wrong way to start.
- N05What does this cost and how long does it take?
- Website build from $1,200, live in 10 to 14 days. Custom CRM from $2,000, delivered in 30 to 45 days. Both are paid 50 percent to book the slot and 50 percent at launch. Optional retainers after launch are $300, $750 or $1,500 per month. No discounts.
