Common questions
The honest answers, before you ask.
Why both setup AND monthly?
Setup covers the heavy lift — research, design, build, content load, launch. Monthly covers the things that compound: hosting on fast infrastructure, security patches, edits when your hours change or you add a service, ongoing SEO maintenance. A site without ongoing care decays fast. We bundle them so you don't have to think about it.
What does the 30-day refund actually mean?
30 days from launch — if your site hasn't booked at least one qualified new lead, we refund the full setup. You keep the live site (we don't take it down). The monthly continues only if you choose to. We carry the risk, not you. This is on Launch and Studio only — Custom is quoted to scope and refund terms are in the SOW.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Move from Launch → Studio anytime — we charge the difference in setup, monthly auto-adjusts. Studio → Custom is a separate scoping conversation. Custom → smaller tier doesn't really happen but if you're downsizing the business, talk to Eugene.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You own the domain, the design, the code, and all content from day one. Cancel monthly, we hand you a full export. You can host it yourself or move to another provider — we'll help with the handoff. We don't hold sites hostage.
Do you build e-commerce in Studio?
No — that's Custom. Anything that takes payment from your customers (online store, course payments, multi-product checkout) involves Stripe / Shopify integration, tax handling, fulfillment, and a different design system. Studio is for service businesses where the goal is to drive a phone call or booking, not a card charge.
What if I'm outside South Florida?
Right now we work with businesses we can drive to — Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Plantation, Hallandale, and surrounding areas. In-person hand-off is part of how we close deals. If you're elsewhere, reach out anyway — we may expand.
Founding-client lock — what does that mean exactly?
If you sign up in your first month with us (the 'founding' window — currently May 2026), your monthly rate never increases. We may raise rates for new customers later — yours stays where it started. Forever. The setup is one-time so it doesn't apply there.
Can I see what you've built before paying?
