SHT-02General notes
Solo is the constraint. Everything else follows from it.
A studio of one cannot absorb an open-ended scope, so it does not pretend to. The rules below are not a sales posture, they are what makes a single operator able to finish what was agreed.
Scope is locked in writing before anything starts
The build is priced against a written scope. Add-ons are re-quoted rather than quietly absorbed, because absorbed work is how a solo build slips and then keeps slipping.
One point of contact, start to finish
The person you send a message to is the person writing the code. Nothing is handed to a junior, nothing goes through an account manager, and nothing gets lost in the relay.
A weekly review call, asynchronous between
One call a week on the running thing, not a status document about it. Between calls the thread stays written, so decisions can be read back later instead of remembered.
You own the code and the database
Your repository, your Supabase project, your Stripe account. If the working relationship ends, nothing switches off and nothing needs to be bought back.
Work happens in English or Russian
The whole site has a Russian version at /ru, and a project can run in Russian from the first email to handover if that is easier for the people who will use the system.
Some projects get turned down
Enterprise procurement, deep Shopify customization, and brand-identity-only work are not what this studio is for. Saying so early costs both sides less than finding out late.

Three things, in the order they usually arrive.
Most businesses start with one of these. They are built so the next one bolts on rather than replacing what was already paid for.
AI agents
Agents that answer the phone, qualify the caller, and draft the follow-up, built to hand off to a person at the moment it matters.
Systems and CRM
A CRM shaped to one trade: its stages, its pricing rules, its documents. Scoped individually, because the honest timeline depends on what the system has to do.
Websites
The front door. Built to hand the lead to the system as a record instead of leaving it in an inbox. Live in 10 to 14 days from approval.

What the studio has actually shipped.
Three systems in production, each a separate deployment with its own database and its own rules. They share the engine underneath, which is why the third one took weeks rather than months.

WallFlow
Wallpaper contracting
Our own CRM and operations platform for wallpaper contracting, live with paying customers. Its centre is a material engine: wall dimensions, pattern repeat, waste factor, and door and window deductions producing exact roll counts. The other two systems were forked from it.

Turnkey sauna building
A custom CRM for a sauna builder, with a 2D planner that prices a room as you reshape it, wall elevations, inbound telephony, and deposits that land in the contractor's own Stripe account.

A multi-tenant CRM for car brokers with one rule for what a deal made, written once in the application and once in SQL so the dashboard and the reports can never disagree.

I run Orium Studios out of Hollywood, Florida. I write the code, I write the copy, and I am the person on the call. There is no agency behind me and I am not going to pretend there is.
What I am good at is the operational layer: the CRM that a trade actually runs on, the agent that picks up when nobody can, the follow-up that would otherwise depend on someone remembering. Websites I build too, but usually because the system needs a front door.
If your business does not need any of that, I will say so on the audit rather than sell you something.
