Search, AI visibility and ads
Google Business Profile, consistent business facts, pages for the services you actually sell, structured data, Google Ads, and Meta when your business has something to show.
SHT-00System overview
Most agencies sell the click. We find where you lose the customer, build the part of the path that is broken, and run it month to month with one report: leads, calls and booked jobs by source.
SHT-02Where customers get lost
Lose them at one step and the other six did not matter. We check all seven before we recommend anything, and then we fix the one that costs the most.
Booked Lost
They search Google or Maps, ask ChatGPT, or see an ad.
Where it leaksA competitor is named and you are not.
They open your page, usually on a phone.
Where it leaksThe first screen loads slowly or never says what you do.
They look for a reason to pick you.
Where it leaksReviews, licence and real photos are not where they look.
They tap call, write, or fill the form.
Where it leaksThe number on the first screen does not dial.
Someone answers and asks the right questions.
Where it leaksVoicemail, or a call nobody writes down.
Someone gets back to them, and again.
Where it leaksThe quote goes out and nobody chases it.
The job is booked and counted.
Where it leaksNobody knows which channel paid for it.
SHT-03Diagnose first
Before a dollar goes to Google or Meta, the Blueprint answers five questions in writing: who should be buying from you, what to sell them first, why they should pick you, where they look, and what each of them should see when they find you.
The free check is the first page of that answer: where you show up, the three biggest leaks, the one thing to fix first. The Blueprint is the rest: $750, five working days, paid upfront as its own piece of work.
The Blueprint →SHT-04Build
Three groups of steps on the path, each with its own published price. Most businesses need one of them first, not all three.

Convert · steps 02-04
from $1,200
A first screen that says what you do and where, reviews and licence where the buyer looks, a phone number that dials, a form that arrives, booking when it fits.
Capture and follow up · steps 04-07
sprint $1,500 · CRM from $4,500
Every lead recorded with its source, a first reply in minutes, an AI receptionist when calls are missed, quotes followed up, and a pipeline that counts the booked job.
SHT-04ASoftware, not slides
WallFlow is the studio's own CRM, and a wallpaper contractor runs its estimates on it. The same core runs a car brokerage and a sauna builder.

SHT-05Run
A flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend. The media is paid by you to Google or Meta, on your own accounts, with no markup. Three months minimum, then month to month. The report shows the same numbers we see. A channel that does not pay is switched off, and we say so.
Run
$1,500 / month
One acquisition channel worked every week (Google Ads, or search and AI visibility), the page it sends people to, upkeep of the CRM and the follow-up, and a monthly report of leads and booked jobs by source.
Run
$2,500 / month
Google Ads and search and AI visibility together, conversion work on the pages, follow-up and receptionist tuning, call tracking, a call every two weeks, and a monthly report with revenue by source where the CRM records it.
Run
from $4,000 / month
Full Path plus Meta with creative testing, several locations or service lines, and a monthly strategy session.
SHT-06When we say no
When the current one loads, says what you do and lets people call, and the leak is that nobody finds you.
When you cannot take more work this month, or nobody is there to answer the calls the ads would bring.
When five calls come in a month. More of the right calls comes first.
When nobody searches with their eyes for what you sell, and there is no list of past customers or site visitors to reach again.
SHT-07Our own businesses first
The founder's own moving company quotes a move on its site before anyone calls, takes the lead into WhatsApp, and asks for the review after the job: 4.7 on Thumbtack from 33 reviews, Top Pro 2024.
WallFlow, the studio's own CRM, runs a wallpaper contractor's estimates: the quote, the contract and the follow-up in one place.
Orium's own path is the one on this page: three questions, a one-page answer the same day, a 15-minute call. Its numbers will be published as a build log once there are enough leads for them to mean something.
SHT-08General notes
SHT-99Issued for construction
Three questions, one page the same day, and a 15-minute call if you want one. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, the page says that.
