Custom CRM and AI agents for Boca Raton businesses.
Built for the paper trail: vendor approvals, architectural review, and clients who want the plan in writing before they say yes.
Orium Studios is an automation studio in Hollywood, Florida that builds custom CRM systems, AI agents and websites for small businesses in Boca Raton and Palm Beach County: professional practices, aesthetics clinics, and trades that work inside gated communities with vendor-approval rules. One engineer scopes, builds and supports each system. The ladder is published and fixed: $500 Blueprint Sprint, websites from $1,200, custom CRM from $2,000. Code and database belong to the client.

What the work looks like here.
Getting approved to work is part of the job
A large share of residential work in Boca Raton happens inside gated and country-club communities that maintain their own vendor lists, architectural standards and access rules, and the city runs a Community Appearance Board process for exterior changes visible from a public right-of-way. Before a crew arrives there is an approved-vendor status, an insurance certificate naming the association, gate access and permitted hours. Owners usually track this in a folder and a memory. We make the association a record with its own documents and expiry dates, and we stop a job from moving to scheduled while a required certificate has lapsed, because the alternative is a truck turned away at a gate.
The corridor sells on a proposal, not on a phone call
The office corridor along I-95 and Glades Road, including the Innovation Campus, means a meaningful share of local small businesses sell to other businesses. That sale is a proposal, a review, redlines and a decision made by someone who was not in the first meeting. A pipeline with stages like new, working and won describes none of that. We build stages that correspond to real events, follow-up sequences that survive a six-week gap without going stale, and a record of which person at the company said what, so the deal does not depend on one salesperson's inbox.
Aesthetics and dental compete on the consult
Med spas, dental and cosmetic practices are dense here, and their economics turn on a consult that gets booked and then shows up. Two reports matter and most software only produces one of them. Leads by source is easy. Consults by source that converted to treatment is the one that tells you where to spend, and it requires the booking system and the outcome to live in the same database. That is a build decision, not a plugin, which is why we treat it as part of scoping rather than something to add later.
The objection here is process, not price
Clients in this market will spend. What stalls a deal is the sense that the work is improvised: a verbal number, an emailed paragraph, a follow-up that never came. We build quotes that look like documents, signatures that are captured rather than promised, and a message log attached to the job so anyone can answer what was agreed. We will not claim this closes a client who did not trust you. It removes the reasons a client who did trust you had to hesitate.
SHT-03Scope
Three things, and they are one system.
Custom CRM
A system shaped around how the business already works, instead of a subscription it has to bend to fit.
AI agents
A voice agent on the inbound call, reply classification, and follow-up that keeps going on business days.
Websites
A site that hands the lead to the system instead of to an inbox nobody reads on a Saturday.
SHT-04Quality assurance
What is actually running.
Three systems in production, 557 automated tests, 352 database migrations, and 13 guard tests written after a bug that types could not catch. The client owns the code and the database from the first commit.

SHT-06General notes
The questions people actually ask.
- N01Can the system hold HOA and association requirements?
- Yes. The association becomes a record with its approved-vendor status, insurance certificate, gate and access notes, permitted work hours and architectural standards attached, each with an expiry date. Jobs inside that community inherit those rules, and the system blocks scheduling when a required document has expired.
- N02Our sales cycle runs for months. Will follow-up survive that?
- That is a build requirement rather than a problem. Sequences are timed to your actual cycle, they pause when the prospect replies, and they resume rather than restart. Every contact at the account is tracked separately, so a decision maker who joins late in the process can be brought up to date from the record instead of from memory.
- N03Do you have Boca Raton case studies?
- No. Orium has two paying clients and three systems in production, and none of them are in Boca Raton or Palm Beach County. The verifiable claims are about the engineering rather than about local logos: 557 automated tests, 352 database migrations and 13 guard tests across those systems. If a studio shows you a local case study, ask which one and check it.
- N04What is the first step and what does it cost?
- A free 60-second audit, answered with a recorded walkthrough. If you want the full written plan, that is the $500 Blueprint Sprint, delivered in five business days and credited 100 percent toward a build started within 60 days. Websites start at $1,200, custom CRM at $2,000, and there are no discounts.
- N05Do we own the system, or are we renting it?
- You own it. The code and the database sit on your accounts and there is no per-seat licence paid back to the studio. Retainers of $300, $750 or $1,500 per month exist for ongoing work after launch and are optional, month to month, and never a condition of the build.
