SHT-01Working with agencies

The build behind your agency's promise.

Agencies and freelancers write to this studio about the same thing: a client needs a system, not a template, and the agency does not build systems. This is how that works. The build runs under your name or beside it, at the same published prices, and the client ends up owning the code and the database either way.

Same ladder · same three slots a month · your client relationship stays yours

SHT-02Scope of work

What can be built under your name.

The same four things the studio builds for its own clients. Nothing is added or removed for a partner; what changes is whose logo is on the handover.

01

A custom CRM around the client's process

From $2,500 over 30-45 days: the record, the documents, the money, and the rule the client's trade depends on. Scope is written and priced before work starts, with you in the thread or as the only person in it.

02

Fitting a system that already runs

From $1,500 in 1-2 weeks, when the client's trade is close to one already in production. The cheapest way in, and the one an agency most often has a client for.

03

An AI phone agent, inside the system

Delivered as part of a build rather than as a product on its own. It holds the call, follows up, and hands the lead to a person with the record already open. The client pays voice minutes and model usage to the providers directly, on accounts in their name.

04

The website that feeds it

From $2,000, live in 10-14 days, when the client needs the front door as well as the system behind it. If your agency already builds sites, the system is built to receive leads from yours.

SHT-03General notes

The terms, stated before anyone asks.

A studio this size finishes things by keeping the rules short and public. These are the ones that apply when the client is yours.

  1. 01

    One ladder, published, for everyone

The prices on this site are the prices, whether a client comes alone or through you. There is no partner rate and no discount, because a price that moves depending on who is asking was invented for one of them. What you charge your client on top is your business and is not written anywhere here.

  2. 02

White label or credit, your choice

The build can ship under your agency's name with nothing pointing here, or with a line of credit to this studio. Say which at the start. The repository is handed to whoever you name, and the handover recording is made without a logo if that is how you want it.

  3. 03

    Your client stays your client

You hold the relationship. The studio talks to your client only when you put us in the same thread, and about the build only. If the client contacts the studio directly later, you hear about it from us first.

  4. 04

The client owns it, not the agency and not the studio

The repository, the database and the payment account are registered to the end client from the first commit. This is not negotiable for a partner build any more than for a direct one: a system rented back to a client is the thing this studio exists not to sell.

  5. 05

    Three slots a month, shared

One engineer builds everything on this site, so the three build slots a month are the same three whether the client is yours or the studio's. A partner project books a slot the same way: half at booking, half at launch.

  6. 06

Scope in writing, or no start

What is in, what is out, and what counts as done, written and priced before a line is written. Change is welcome and is quoted as its own item, never absorbed into the same deadline. An agency that has been burned by a solo developer has usually been burned by absorbed scope.

SHT-04Questions

What agencies ask first.

N01Can you build it entirely under our name?
Yes. No credit, no link, no mention of this studio in the handover, the repository or the training recording. The client's accounts still get created in the client's name, because that is the ownership rule and it does not depend on whose logo is on the work.
N02Is there a partner discount or a referral fee?
No, and there never will be one. Prices are published and the same for everyone. Your margin is what you add on top for your own client, and that is between you and them.
N03Will you talk to our client directly?
Only when you put us in the same thread, and only about the build. Questions about the relationship, the invoice or what happens next go to you. If the client writes to the studio directly, you are told before anyone replies.
N04Can we start with something smaller than a build?
Yes. The $500 Blueprint is five business days inside how the client's business actually runs, delivered as a written plan you can hand over with your name on it. It is credited in full against any build started within 60 days, so an agency that goes ahead pays nothing for it.
N05What do you need from us to quote?
One paragraph on what the client does and where the work leaks, the tools they use today, and who inside the client's company will own the system after launch. Scope is written from a conversation with that person, with you in it.
N06Do you take on work with no client behind it yet?
No. The free audit and the Blueprint exist so the scope is real before the slot is booked. A build started on a guess about what a client might want is the one that does not finish.
