Three systems in production, and the sites that feed them.
what is actually running
Each system below is a separate deployment with its own database and its own rules. Nothing is shared between them except the parts that were proven in one first, which is why the third took weeks rather than months.
Our own CRM and operations platform for wallpaper contracting, live at wallflow.pro with paying customers on it. The centre of it is not a pipeline. It is arithmetic: how many rolls a room takes, and what that means for the price.
A custom CRM for a turnkey sauna builder. The room is designed, priced, framed, and installed by the same system, because the price depends on a shape that only exists as a drawing when the client is deciding.
A multi-tenant CRM for car brokerage. The rule for what a deal made is written once in the application and once in SQL, in the same change, so no two screens can quietly answer the question differently.
A co-applicant answers the same questions, not fewer
The Social Security number is ciphertext, and every look at it is written down
SHT-03Owned and operated
Businesses the founder runs.
Eugene Romanov's own businesses, Inchwall and Easy Move with its branches in Florida and Sacramento, on sites and systems the studio built: on their own domains, with real customers and real regulators. They are not clients and they do not count toward the client roster. They are here because a studio that only builds for other people has never had to live with a decision for a year.
OWN-01Moving South Florida
Easy Move Florida
A moving company's public site: an instant quote calculator so the price is visible before anyone calls, three languages, and tap-to-call on every screen.
The same business opening in a second state, before it can trade. The site says so in its own words, that bookings are not open and the California mover permit is with the state regulator, and every review on it is stamped with the Florida office it belongs to.
Wallpaper printed to the size of one wall: a layout engine that knows a last panel under eight inches is an offcut, a pricing engine fed from the database, and a comparison that quotes a fixed-panel shop's own published rate. Product and manufacturing logic rather than a storefront.
Sites built for real local businesses and live on a subdomain, each one made before anybody asked for it. Open them on a phone and use them the way a customer would: tap the number, submit the form, read the copy.
SITE-01Dental Practice Wilton Manors, FL
The House of Dentistry
A dental practice site built around the two things a new patient is deciding: whether they can be seen after work, and what the first visit costs. Insurance is explained rather than listed.
A pool repair and weekly-service site with a rendered water-caustics hero, the equipment brands the company is warranty-trained on surfaced as their own section, and a three-button mobile bar for call, directions and booking.
A bilingual practice site, English and Spanish surfaced throughout rather than hidden behind one translated page, with a real cosmetic case gallery and a rendered cinematic hero built for the brand.
