Automation, custom CRM and AI agents for Miami small businesses.
Built for operators who quote in two languages, work inside condo buildings, and get their leads in a chat thread.
Orium Studios is an automation studio in Hollywood, Florida that builds custom CRM systems, AI agents and websites for small businesses in Miami and Miami-Dade County: bilingual operators, trades working inside condo buildings, and shops whose leads arrive on WhatsApp rather than through a form. One engineer scopes, builds and supports each system. Blueprint Sprint $500, websites from $1,200, custom CRM from $2,000. The client owns the code and the database.

What the work looks like here.
The sale happens in whichever language the customer opened with
A Miami owner will quote one job in Spanish, the next in English, and keep their own notes in a third. Most CRM products treat language as an account setting, so the owner ends up rewriting every template by hand at the exact moment they are trying to close. We build language onto the message, not onto the account: one contact record, one job, and a set of templates the owner writes once per language. The system replies in the language the lead came in on. We do not write the Spanish copy for you and we will not pretend a machine translation is your voice.
In a condo tower, the building is the gatekeeper
Miami-Dade runs a building recertification cycle for older structures, and condominium and cooperative buildings of three storeys or more carry milestone inspection requirements. That turns a large share of the trade work here into association work. Before a crew touches anything there is a board contact, an insurance certificate naming the association, an elevator reservation and a permitted work window. A CRM designed around a single home address has nowhere to put any of that. We make the building its own record, with the units under it, the board contacts beside it, and certificate expiry dates that block a job from being scheduled once they lapse.
Nothing arrives through the contact form
Inbound here comes as a WhatsApp message, an Instagram DM, or a phone number passed along by someone who used you last year. A system that assumes a web form will show an empty pipeline while the business is busy. We build intake that starts from a thread: an AI agent takes the first message, asks the three questions you would have asked, and writes the answers onto a real record before you have read it. The thread stays where the customer already is. The structured data ends up somewhere you can report on.
You are rarely the only quote
In a market this fragmented, the same job is usually being priced by several operators the same morning. The variable you control is how long a lead waits for the first reply, and that is a system problem rather than a discipline problem. We automate the first response and the qualifying questions, and we route anything that needs judgement straight to you. What we will not claim is that a fast reply wins the job. It buys you the conversation. The quote still has to be right.
SHT-03Scope
Three things, and they are one system.
Custom CRM
A system shaped around how the business already works, instead of a subscription it has to bend to fit.
AI agents
A voice agent on the inbound call, reply classification, and follow-up that keeps going on business days.
Websites
A site that hands the lead to the system instead of to an inbox nobody reads on a Saturday.
SHT-04Quality assurance
What is actually running.
Three systems in production, 557 automated tests, 352 database migrations, and 13 guard tests written after a bug that types could not catch. The client owns the code and the database from the first commit.

SHT-06General notes
The questions people actually ask.
- N01Do you work with Miami businesses, or only near Hollywood?
- Miami and the rest of Miami-Dade are normal work. The studio is in Hollywood, on the Broward side of the county line, so an in-person kickoff in Miami is easy to arrange. Most of the build itself runs over screen shares regardless of where the client sits.
- N02Can the system handle Spanish-speaking customers?
- Yes. Forms, automated replies and message templates are stored per language, and the system answers in the language the lead used. You supply or approve the Spanish wording so it sounds like your business. The studio itself works in English and Russian.
- N03Our leads all come through WhatsApp. Does that break the CRM?
- No, that is the normal case here. We build WhatsApp and Telegram intake, with an AI agent handling the first reply and the qualifying questions and writing what it learns onto the contact and the job. You keep the thread; the system keeps the record.
- N04Do you have Miami clients you can show me?
- No, and it would be easy to imply otherwise. Orium has two paying clients and three systems in production: WallFlow, which is the studio's own CRM product for wallpaper contractors, a sauna builder's CRM, and a car brokerage CRM. None of them are in Miami. What can be shown is the engineering behind them, which is 557 automated tests, 352 database migrations and 13 guard tests.
- N05What does it cost to start, and how long does a build take?
- The Blueprint Sprint is $500 for the full written plan, credited 100 percent toward a build started within 60 days. A website build starts at $1,200 and goes live in 10 to 14 days. A custom CRM starts at $2,000 and takes 30 to 45 days. Optional retainers after launch are $300, $750 or $1,500 per month.
- N06Who owns the system once it is live?
- You do. The code and the database are yours, on your accounts, with no per-seat licence back to the studio. If you stop working with Orium, the system keeps running and another engineer can pick it up.
