SHT-00Search and AI visibility

Make your business easy for Google and AI assistants to understand, trust and recommend.

Nobody can promise a place in Google or in a ChatGPT answer. What can be done is the work those systems read: consistent facts, a complete Google profile, pages for the services you actually sell, structured data, speed, and a monthly test of what the assistants say about you.

SHT-01The work

The work, in the order it pays.

  1. 01

    Business facts

Name, address, phone, hours and services the same on your site, your Google profile, the directories and the structured data. A model that finds two versions trusts neither.

  2. 02

    Google Business Profile

Categories, services, areas, photos, and a way to ask for the review after every job.

  3. 03

    Technical health

Pages that load on a phone, are indexed, and say what they are in the title and the first screen.

  4. 04

    Service and location pages

A page for each service you actually sell. A page for a town only where you really work there; not a page per zip code.

  5. 05

    Answers

The questions your buyers ask, answered on your site in your own words: prices where you can publish them, how long it takes, what is included.

  6. 06

    Entity signals

The profiles that say who you are, linked to each other, and structured data an AI can read without guessing.

  7. 07

    The monthly test

The questions a buyer would ask, put to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity every month: named, not named, or named with the wrong facts.

SHT-02Benchmarks

What is reported every month. Measured, never promised.

MeasureHow
Technical healthLighthouse on a phone, three runs averaged, because one run is noise.
IndexationPages indexed against pages submitted, from Search Console.
Core Web VitalsField data from real visitors where Google has it, lab data otherwise, labelled as which.
Local visibilityYour position in Maps for the searches that matter, at several points across your area.
Keyword coverageThe searches you appear for, by service, from Search Console.
Fact consistencyYour facts on the site, the Google profile, the directories and the structured data, checked against each other.
AI answer testThe same buyer questions to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity each month, and what each one said.
OutcomesCalls and forms that came from search, counted in the CRM.

SHT-03What it is not

A perfect technical score is a floor, not a result.

A site can score 100 on every test and still not be the business an assistant names. The score says the house is in order. Being recommended takes facts that agree everywhere, reviews, and answers buyers can use.

So we report the score, and we never sell it as the outcome. The outcome is the call that came from search, and that is the last row of the report.

SHT-04Our own test

We run the same test on ourselves.

In September 2026 we tracked twenty searches about putting AI to work in a small business, in English and Russian. Our own site appeared in none of them. That is the starting line we measure the studio's own work from, and it is why this page promises the work rather than a place.

SHT-05Price

What it costs.

A one-time fix of the facts, the profile and the key pages is quoted as a sprint, $1,500. Keeping it up and running the monthly test is a Run retainer.

Run

One Channel

$1,500 / month

One acquisition channel worked every week (Google Ads, or search and AI visibility), the page it sends people to, upkeep of the CRM and the follow-up, and a monthly report of leads and booked jobs by source.

Run

Full Path

$2,500 / month

Google Ads and search and AI visibility together, conversion work on the pages, follow-up and receptionist tuning, call tracking, a call every two weeks, and a monthly report with revenue by source where the CRM records it.

SHT-06General notes

Before you ask.

N01Can you get my business into ChatGPT's answers?
Nobody can guarantee it. What we can do is make your business easy to find and to understand: the same facts everywhere, a complete profile, pages that answer the buyer's question. Then we test every month what the assistants say and show you.
N02How long does it take?
Fixing the facts and the profile is days. Search engines and assistants pick changes up on their own schedule, which nobody controls, so we report what moved each month rather than promise when.
N03Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes. For a local service business the Google profile and Maps are usually where the work starts.
N04What is GEO, or AI search optimisation?
The same idea as SEO, aimed at the assistants that answer questions directly: being the business they can understand, check and name. In practice most of the work is shared with good local SEO.
N05Do I need more pages?
Only for services you actually sell and places you actually work. Pages written to catch searches you cannot serve bring calls you cannot take.
