HVAC websites · across the US

HVAC websites that close service calls in 90° heat.

HVAC websites built for July. Same-day service CTA, financing inline, maintenance plan opt-in, State HVAC license front-and-center.

The problem

When an AC dies in July, the homeowner is sweating in their living room before they even pick up the phone. Whoever's site loads fast and shows a clear "same-day service" promise wins that job.

What we build

We build HVAC sites for the heatwave. Same-day band at the top. Financing options inline so price isn't a blocker. Maintenance plan opt-in turns one job into a yearly contract.

Where the AI is

In July the phone rings faster than anyone can pick it up.

A heatwave does not queue politely. In WallFlow, the studio's own CRM for wallpaper contractors, a Vapi assistant runs the call, and the webhook behind it refuses any payload that does not carry the shared secret, reads the call duration to separate a conversation from a hang-up, normalizes the caller's number to E.164 and matches it to the lead record, and sends a Telegram message into the studio's own founder chat with the name, the number, how the call ended, the summary and the recording. The short calls are recorded quietly so the alerts stay worth reading. Being exact about it: the code proves the report and the handoff, and the line an assistant sits on is a setting at the phone provider that no file here records. What it will not do matters more in this trade than in most: it does not diagnose a failed compressor down the phone, it does not quote a system replacement, and it does not commit you to a same-day slot you have no truck for. No HVAC company is running this code today. It is the mechanism, described honestly, not a case study.

HVAC: the questions owners ask before they buy

Q01Can AI handle the July call volume when my office is overwhelmed?
A voice agent can be put on the overflow line, and that is the honest limit of it. The Vapi assistant in WallFlow runs the conversation, the webhook decides from the duration whether anything real happened, and the studio's own founder chat gets a message with the caller, the summary and the recording while the house is still hot. Putting one on your July overflow line is a build and a provider setting, not something already running for an HVAC shop. Whether a truck goes out today is still a dispatcher's call.
Q02Will it diagnose the unit or quote a replacement?
No, and you should not want it to. A quote given over the phone by software becomes a number you have to walk back on the driveway. The agents here classify, route and notify. The site can carry your financing options and your maintenance plan so price stops being a blocker before anyone calls, but the diagnosis and the number belong to your tech.
Q03What does an HVAC website cost, and does the AI come with it?
Websites start at $2,000 and go live in 10 to 14 days; the phone agent is a separate build and is not bundled. Start with the site if you do not already know which calls you are losing. The $500 Blueprint Sprint exists for the case where you want the scope written down before anyone quotes it, and it is credited in full at signing.
Q04Can it chase the maintenance plan renewals for me?
That is the part the follow-up engine is actually for, and it is built to be cautious. Every wait is counted in business days so a renewal nudge never arrives on a Sunday. Replies are classified before they change anything, so an out-of-office does not read as a yes. A real reply nobody has answered in two days goes on a daily list and stays there until a person moves it.
Q05When should an HVAC shop not buy any of this?
When the phone already gets answered by someone who knows the trade. A voice agent earns its place against a voicemail box, not against a good office manager. The same applies to automated follow-up: if your renewals go out because a person walks the list every Monday and it works, adding software to that is a cost with no job attached to it.
