SHT-01Survey

Find out who should be buying from you, before you build anything.

The Client Acquisition Blueprint is a written diagnosis of your demand: who your best customers are, where they look, what they type, and what to build first. Five working days. $750. Nothing is built.

3 questions, one page, the same day. Then a 15-minute call, if you want one.

Eugene Romanov, Sacramento. I lead every Blueprint personally.

SHT-02Site notes

Why this exists

A site tells people you exist. It does not tell you who should be finding you. If you pay for a site or for ads before that is answered, you are guessing, and the invoice is real.

The pattern in the audits I run: a fast site, a claimed Google profile, a decent rank for the owner's own niche query. Then I ask ChatGPT, with web search on, the question a buyer would ask, and it names competitors and not the business. That is not what a new site fixes.

Proof

Orium Studios exceeded my expectations at every stage.

I also run a moving company in Florida: 4.7 on Thumbtack from 33 reviews, Top Pro 2024.

SHT-04Comparative notes

Who it is for

Who it is for

  • You run an established service, trade or consulting business: a licence, reviews, years behind you.
  • Your customers arrive by phone.
  • You have a site, on Tilda, Wix, WordPress or something else, and it brings few calls.
  • You suspect competitors are being named by ChatGPT and you are not.
  • You decide and you pay, and you are about to choose between a site, ads and something else.

Who it is not for

  • There is no business yet. There is nothing to diagnose.
  • You want the cheapest possible site.
  • You already know what to build. Then the $1,200 one-page landing or the $1,500 AI Automation Sprint is the shorter road, and you do not need the Blueprint.
  • You need a shop with a cart.
  • You want a promise of rankings or a number of leads. I do not give one.
  • You want an agency retainer with monthly reports. The Blueprint is one written plan.

SHT-05Schedule of deliverables

What you get

A written document, yours whether or not you build with me:

  1. 01

Who your best customers are, by service and by type of buyer.

  2. 02

Where those buyers look: Google, ChatGPT and other AI answers, LinkedIn, directories, referrals.

  3. 03

What they type, checked in the real search boxes, not invented.

  4. 04

Which of your services pay best.

  5. 05

What each type of buyer should see when they find you.

  6. 06

Which channels deserve a budget and which do not.

  7. 07

    A 90-day plan.

  8. 08

A call where I go through it with you.

Nothing is built.

SHT-06Assembly sequence

How the five working days run

  1. Day 1

    Your customers

You send me a list of recent jobs, who paid and how they found you. A spreadsheet, a notebook or a phone call log is enough. I sort it by what paid best.

  2. Day 2

    What buyers type

I run the searches a buyer would run for each service: Google, Maps, ChatGPT and other AI answers, LinkedIn where it applies, and the directories in your trade. I write down who is named and where you are not.

  3. Day 3

    Services and buyers

I match services to buyers and rank them: which service pays best, which buyer to go after first.

  4. Day 4

What each buyer should see, and the channels

The first screen, the proof, how they reach you. Then which channels deserve a budget and which do not.

  5. Day 5

    The document and the call

I write the 90-day plan and go through it with you.

SHT-07Terms

How it is paid

Paid upfront. A diagnosis is its own piece of work, so it is not credited toward a build or a retainer.

The $750 pays for five days of diagnosis and the written plan, and the plan is yours whether or not you build anything with Orium. If you do go ahead, the site, the system, the sprint or the retainer is priced on its own and nothing is deducted from it. The diagnosis is the product, not a deposit on the next one.

SHT-08General notes

FAQ

N01Why not just build me a website?
Because I would be guessing too. Sometimes the check says you need a new site, and then I tell you what it should say and who it is for. Sometimes it says you do not, and I tell you that. The Blueprint is the part that decides.
N02What do I actually receive?
A written document and a call to go through it. It covers the eight items listed above. It is yours whether or not you build with me.
N03How is it different from the free audit?
The free audit is one page: your site and the path a lead takes, the main leaks, what ChatGPT answered when a customer asked for your service, and what to fix first. The Blueprint works the other way round: it starts from your customers, not from your site.
N04Do you promise rankings or leads?
No. I promise the work and the document. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking or a number of calls before looking at your market.
N05Does the Blueprint come off the price of a build?
No. It is paid upfront and it is its own piece of work: the diagnosis is the product. If you build afterwards, the site, the system, the $1,500 AI Automation Sprint or the retainer is priced on its own.
N06What happens after the five days, and what does it cost?
You can stop with the document. Or we build what it chose and run it: pages, ads, AI-search visibility, outreach, tracking from lead to client, monthly optimisation. Running it is a Run retainer, from $1,500 a month for one channel, a flat fee with the media paid to Google or Meta from your own accounts. I raise it after the plan, not before.
