SHT-00Run

Your acquisition, run every week, for a flat fee.

After the diagnosis and the build, we run what brings the customers in: Google Ads, search and AI visibility, the pages and the follow-up. You pay the platforms directly and see the same report we see.

SHT-01The retainers

Three ways to run it, and one way to keep it.

Run

One Channel

$1,500 / month

One acquisition channel worked every week (Google Ads, or search and AI visibility), the page it sends people to, upkeep of the CRM and the follow-up, and a monthly report of leads and booked jobs by source.

Run

Full Path

$2,500 / month

Google Ads and search and AI visibility together, conversion work on the pages, follow-up and receptionist tuning, call tracking, a call every two weeks, and a monthly report with revenue by source where the CRM records it.

Run

Multi

from $4,000 / month

Full Path plus Meta with creative testing, several locations or service lines, and a monthly strategy session.

Upkeep only

Maintain

$300 / month

System health, small changes, monitoring, for a system that is built and only needs keeping. No marketing work.

The ad spend is never part of these prices. It is paid by you to Google or Meta, from your own accounts.

SHT-02Terms

Five rules every Run retainer is sold under.

  1. 01

    A flat monthly fee

A flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend.

  2. 02

The media is paid by you to Google or Meta

The media is paid by you to Google or Meta, on your own accounts, with no markup.

  3. 03

    Three months minimum

Three months minimum, then month to month.

  4. 04

The report shows the same numbers we see

The report shows the same numbers we see.

  5. 05

A channel that does not pay is switched off

A channel that does not pay is switched off, and we say so.

SHT-03A month of Run

What a month looks like.

  1. Weekly

    The account work

Search terms, budgets and bids on the channel you run; anything spending money without bringing calls is cut. On search and AI visibility: the facts, the profile, the pages.

  2. Weekly

    The path behind it

The pages the traffic lands on, the follow-up after a lead, what the receptionist says. A lead that arrives and is not followed up is a leak we own.

  3. Fortnightly

    A 30-minute call

On Full Path and Multi. What moved, what to stop, what to try next.

  4. Monthly

    The report

Leads, calls and booked jobs by source, and revenue by source where your CRM records it. The same numbers we look at.

SHT-04Fit

Who Run is for, and who it is not for.

It fits when

  • The free check or the Blueprint has said where your buyers look.
  • You can take more work, and every call reaches someone, a person or the receptionist.
  • An average job is worth enough that two more a month pay for the retainer.
  • Calls and forms can be counted with their source, or you are ready to have that built first.

It does not fit when

  • Nothing has been diagnosed yet. Start with the free check.
  • You want the fee tied to a percentage of your ad spend.
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody can honestly give one.
  • The thing you sell is worth a few dollars a sale.

SHT-05Before Run starts

Run needs a path that can count.

Before any traffic is bought, calls and forms have to be recorded with their source, and the page they land on has to load and dial. If that is missing, it is built first, as a sprint or a page, at its published price.

When nothing has to be built, the setup is quoted with the plan before anything starts.

SHT-06General notes

Before you ask.

N01Why a flat fee and not a percentage of ad spend?
A percentage pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not the spend works. A flat fee keeps the incentive where yours is: fewer wasted clicks, more booked jobs.
N02Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. The Google Ads and Meta accounts, the analytics and the CRM are registered to your business. If you stop, everything stays with you.
N03What is the minimum?
Three months on Run, then month to month. The first weeks are setup and measurement, and a shorter test tells you little. Maintain has no minimum.
N04What is not included?
The ad spend itself, video production, and a website rebuild. If the path needs a new page or a new system, it is quoted as a build at its published price.
N05Can I start with Run without the Blueprint?
Sometimes. If the free check already shows where your buyers look and the tracking exists, Run can start from the check. If it does not, the Blueprint comes first, because buying traffic before knowing who it is for is the mistake Run is meant to avoid.

SHT-99Issued for construction

Start with the free check.

Three questions, one page the same day, and a 15-minute call if you want one. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, the page says that.
