SHT-01CRM subscription

A CRM on a subscription, priced per business, not per user.

The subscription on the Orium Studios ladder is WallFlow: the studio's own CRM for wallpaper installation contractors, already in production, on a monthly plan. $99 a month while you work on your own, $199 a month for ten people, each with their own access.

SHT-02What it is

A whole system, already running.

WallFlow is the studio's own CRM and operations platform for wallpaper contracting, live at wallflow.pro with paying customers on it. Its centre is a material engine: wall dimensions, pattern repeat, waste factor, and door and window deductions producing exact roll counts, which is the number a wallpaper quote depends on.

On the WallFlow subscription you get your own WallFlow workspace configured for your business. Your data is yours and exports any time, in full; WallFlow itself stays the studio's platform. On a custom build, a Fitted System, an MVP or a website, the code and the database are yours, on your own accounts.

How WallFlow is built →

SHT-03Who it fits

Built for one trade, on purpose.

A good fit

  • A wallpaper installation contractor who wants a working system this month rather than next.
  • Working alone: Pro, $99 a month.
  • A team of up to ten, owner, managers, crew and sales: Team, $199 a month.

The wrong thing to buy

  • A business in another trade. One of the running systems fitted to your process is the Fitted System, from $1,500 in 1-2 weeks.
  • A process nothing off the shelf has, with your own pipelines and automations: a Custom CRM, from $2,500 over 30-45 days, with the code and the database on your own accounts.
  • A team of thirty. Past ten people the seat price narrows the gap with every hire, and a build of your own has no seat licence at any headcount.

SHT-04What is included

Two plans and one rule about the second person.

  1. $99a month

    Pro

One user, for working on your own.

  2. $199a month

    Team

Ten people, each with their own access.

  3. $49a month

    Each person past ten

On Team. Pro has no per-user add-on: a second person means Team.

Included

  • Pro: one user, for working on your own
  • Team: ten people with their own access - owner, managers, crew, sales
  • Hiring a second person means Team, not an add-on to Pro
  • $49 a month for each person past ten
  • Your own WallFlow workspace, configured for your business
  • Your data is yours and exports any time, in full

Not included

  • Ownership of the software: WallFlow stays the studio's platform
  • A system for another trade, which is the Fitted System from $1,500 or a build
  • Your own pipelines and automated processes, which is the build from $2,500

A 7-day trial of Team, no card, capped at 5 estimates, 5 customers and 3 team members. There is no free tier: when the trial ends you choose a plan.

Annual: Pro $990 a year, Team $1,990 a year. The WallFlow Launch is $997 once: a 60-minute setup call with the founder. Full terms at wallflow.pro/pricing.

SHT-05The seat arithmetic

The same ten people, priced two ways.

WallFlow Team costs $199 a month, which is exactly what a mature field-service product charges for its middle plan. The headline price is not the difference. The difference is that every plan on that page is sold for one user, and the price of the tenth person is in a tooltip.

Per month, read from their own pricing page on 16 September 2026

  1. $199

    10 people, WallFlow Team

One price. All 10 have their own access: owner, managers, crew, sales.

  2. $410

    10 people, Jobber Grow

$149 billed annually, plus nine seats at $29, because the plan itself is sold for one user.

  3. Ask them

    10 people, Housecall Pro

As of 16 September 2026 their pricing page publishes no plan prices, only a demo request form.

Over a year that is $4,920 against $2,388, a difference of $2,532. Redo it with your own headcount rather than trusting the row: their prices change, and the figures above carry the date they were read.

Where this stops working in our favour: past 10 people a seat is $49 a month here and $29 there, so the gap narrows with every hire and on a large enough team it reverses. If you are running thirty people, the subscription is the wrong thing on this page to be reading, and a build of your own, which has no seat licence at any headcount, is the row that matters. If you work alone, Pro is $99 and the comparison is close enough that you should buy on what the system does, not on price.

SHT-05AGeneral notes

The questions people actually ask.

N01Is this a CRM for any service business?
No. WallFlow is built for wallpaper installation contractors. A business in another trade gets one of the running systems fitted to its process instead, from $1,500 in 1-2 weeks, or a system of its own from $2,500 over 30-45 days.
N02Do I own the CRM?
On the WallFlow subscription you get your own WallFlow workspace configured for your business. Your data is yours and exports any time, in full; WallFlow itself stays the studio's platform. On a custom build, a Fitted System, an MVP or a website, the code and the database are yours, on your own accounts.
N03What does a second person cost?
Pro has no second user to add: a second person means Team, $199 a month for ten people, each with their own access. Past ten, each person is $49 a month.
N04Is there a free plan or a trial?
A 7-day trial of Team, no card, capped at 5 estimates, 5 customers and 3 team members. There is no free tier: when the trial ends you choose a plan.
N05Can I pay for a year?
Annual: Pro $990 a year, Team $1,990 a year. The WallFlow Launch is $997 once: a 60-minute setup call with the founder. Full terms at wallflow.pro/pricing.
N06How do I start?
Start the trial from WallFlow's pricing page, or pick a time for a 30-minute intro call with Eugene and decide on it whether WallFlow, a fitted system or a build is the right one for you.
