SHT-01Survey

Find out where the work is leaking before you pay anyone to fix it.

Not a scanner and not a PDF. A person walks your lead flow the way a buyer would, then records a 60-second video on the leaks that are costing you most and the one fix to make first. Free, delivered the same day, and yours to keep whether or not we ever speak.

SHT-02Detail callouts

Ten things checked before the record button.

No template and no generic best-practice list. All ten get checked; the 60-second video calls out the two or three that are costing you the most. The full teardown is a separate, longer piece of work.

01

Lead capture

Form quality, the alternative paths a buyer might prefer, what happens the moment a form is submitted, and the captured-but-never-followed-up gap where most of the money leaks.

02

Follow-up system

A lead submits at eleven at night. What happens next? An auto-reply, a record in a CRM, a notification to you, a sequence, or silence until somebody remembers.

03

CRM and automation

What is being done by hand that should not be: lead routing, follow-up, reminders, review requests, reporting. The fastest wins usually live in this row.

04

Agents and bots

Where an agent or a messaging bot could take the first response and the repeat questions, and, just as often, where it would only add a layer between you and the buyer.

05

Website conversion

Where visitors stop. I trace the path from landing to action and name the friction points rather than describing them in the abstract.

06

Trust signals

Whether the site reads as a real business: credibility cues, proof, guarantees, a named person, and whether the risk sits with you or with the buyer.

07

Calls to action

Whether the main action is visible without scrolling, whether it says something specific, and whether it is actually tappable on a phone.

08

Mobile experience

The site opened on a real phone on a real network and walked through like a buyer would: load, tap zones, form fields, text size, and what renders first.

09

SEO and speed

Titles, headings, schema, and indexability, plus a performance pass for heavy images, render-blocking scripts, and layout shift.

10

What the leaks cost

The gap above, put in your own units: your traffic and your average ticket, not an industry benchmark and not a number I made up.

SHT-03Schedule of deliverables

What actually arrives.

Two things arrive the same day, and a third exists only if you ask for it.

Video

60-second video, same day

A personal video on your business, recorded fresh. I open your site the way a buyer would, point at the biggest leaks, and say which fix I would make first. Delivered the same day you ask.

Notes

The leaks, in writing

The same findings as a short written note you can forward to your team or to whoever runs your operation online. Top leaks, why each one costs you leads, and what to fix first. Yours to keep either way.

$500

Next step: Blueprint Sprint

Want the full plan? The Blueprint Sprint ($500) is five business days going through how your business actually runs (spreadsheets, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, how leads arrive), a map of the process as it is today, the leaks ranked by what they cost you, what is genuinely broken separated from what only feels broken, and what to build first with what it should save. Your site and funnel are reviewed as part of it, with a wireframe and copy direction if that turns out to be the bottleneck. Delivered on a 45-min call, in 5 business days. Paid upfront, credited 100% toward any build within 60 days.

SHT-04Assembly sequence

Three steps, and two of them are mine.

Go to the form →
  1. 01

    Submit the form

Your website, what the business does, and the one thing you would most like answered. Five fields, about thirty seconds.

  2. 02

    I record it

I review the site myself, run the technical checks, and record the 60-second video. No template, no outsourced reviewer, delivered the same day.

  3. 03

    You get it

An email with the video and the findings in writing. Want to go deeper? One free call, and after that the Blueprint Sprint. No follow-up sales sequence unless you ask for one.

SHT-05Comparative notes

Be honest about whether this is for you.

The audit is free, but it still costs both of us an hour if the answer was always going to be no. Here is the line.

Worth requesting if you

  • Run a service business anywhere in the US: moving, painting, roofing, contracting, cleaning, med spa, paralegal, professional services
  • Have a site that is fine but is not turning traffic into booked work
  • Are doing by hand what a system should be doing: routing, chasing, retyping the same numbers between tools
  • Are about to spend on ads or a rebuild and want to know where the money actually goes first
  • Work in Russian and English and want a studio that handles both

Not worth it if you

  • Need a logo or a brand identity only
  • Run an enterprise with a procurement process
  • Need deep Shopify customization, which gets referred out to specialists
  • Want a quote written without anyone looking at the business first
  • Are shopping purely on price

SHT-06General notes · why free

Why is this free?

No catch and no pitch inside the audit itself. The free lane is one video and one call. If you want the full plan after that, it is the $500 Blueprint Sprint, and the $500 is credited toward your build anyway.

  1. 01

It is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether we should work together. A generic discovery call costs you thirty minutes and tells me nothing. The audit hands you something useful before either of us has committed anything.

  2. 02

It replaces the sales pitch with the work. Most studios argue from slides and case studies. I would rather spend the hour looking at your actual funnel and hand you the recording, because that is the only version of the argument you can check.

  3. 03

Most people who get one do not hire me, and that is fine. They still walk away with something they can act on, and the ones who do hire me arrive already knowing what they are buying.

No spam and no newsletter. Just the audit. Watch it first and decide afterwards whether you want a call.

SHT-08General notes

Asked before requesting one.

N01How long until I get the audit?
Same day. Submit the form and the 60-second video lands in your inbox before the day is out. If something truly blocks that, I will email you a realistic timeline within 4 hours.
N02Will you try to sell me something during the audit?
Not in the audit itself. The video is value only, with no pitch in it. At the end I point at the next step: a free call if you want to talk it through, and the $500 Blueprint Sprint if you want the full plan, credited 100% toward any build within 60 days. That is the only ask.
N03Do you only work with Florida businesses?
No. The studio is in Hollywood, Florida, and the systems it builds run for businesses across the United States. The audit and the work are remote either way.
N04What if my site is on Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or WordPress?
It does not matter. The audit is platform-agnostic: I review what a buyer experiences, what Google sees, and what is missing operationally. Platform-specific limits get noted where they are actually relevant.
N05Do you audit non-English sites?
Yes. Russian and English are both first-class here. For other languages I can audit structure, experience, and the technical layers, though the copy review will be limited.
N06Can I share the audit with my team?
Yes. The video and the written notes are yours to forward, hand to your developer, or use however helps.
N07I don't have a website yet. Can you audit something else?
If you have a social profile, a listing, or any digital presence, yes. If there is nothing yet, the audit format does not fit. Get in touch instead and we will work out what would.
N08Will you sign an NDA?
A standard NDA is no problem. Send it over after you submit the form.
N09What happens if I do nothing with the audit?
Nothing happens. There is no follow-up sales sequence. Possibly one email a month later asking whether it was useful, and that is the end of it.

SHT-09Title block · reviewer

Who records your audit.

I run Orium Studios out of Hollywood, Florida, and I build the AI agents and custom CRM systems that trade businesses run their day on.

wallflow.pro is one of them: a client's platform for wallpaper contractors, built here from an empty repository. There are two more in production, and each is a separate deployment with its own database.

When I audit your business I am not running a checklist against a template. I am looking at it the way I look at systems I am responsible for, which is a different and less forgiving lens.

Hollywood, FL. Работаю на двух языках. eugene@wallflow.pro.
